2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders remain at the checkout price.

٢. المنتجات والأسعار

جميع الأسعار مدرجة بالدينار الكويتي (KWD) وتشمل الضريبة المضافة عند الاقتضاء، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. قد تتغير الأسعار دون إشعار، ولكن الطلبات المؤكدة تبقى على السعر المعروض عند الدفع.

3. Payment & Billing

Card payments are processed securely by Tap Payments. We never store full card details. You authorise us to charge your card for the total order amount, including shipping and taxes.

4. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Custom-printed items enter production within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Standard lead time is 2-5 days, followed by courier delivery (domestic Kuwait 1–2 days; GCC 3–5 days). International customers are responsible for customs duties.

تبدأ عملية تصنيع المنتجات المخصصة خلال 1-2 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب. الوقت المتوقع للتسليم هو 2-5 أيام، ويتم التوصيل (داخل الكويت 1–2 يوم، دول الخليج 3–5 أيام). يتحمل العملاء الدوليون أي رسوم جمركية.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective or not as described. See our Refund Policy for full details.

المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للإرجاع إلا إذا كانت معيبة أو غير مطابقة للوصف. راجع سياسة الاسترجاع لدينا للحصول على التفاصيل الكاملة.

6. Intellectual Property

3-D models we design remain our intellectual property unless transferred under a separate written agreement. Customer-supplied files remain the customer’s IP; the customer warrants they have the right to print them.

٦. الملكية الفكرية

جميع التصاميم ثلاثية الأبعاد التي ننشئها تعتبر ملكًا فكريًا لشركتنا ما لم يتم نقل الملكية بموجب اتفاق مكتوب. التصاميم المقدمة من العميل تظل ملكًا له، ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية قانونية الطباعة.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not upload illegal, obscene, or infringing content for printing, nor use the site to violate any Kuwaiti or international laws.

٧. الاستخدامات المحظورة

يُمنع تحميل أي محتوى غير قانوني أو فاحش أو منتهك للحقوق للطباعة. كما يُمنع استخدام الموقع بما يخالف قوانين الكويت أو القوانين الدولية.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by Kuwaiti law.

٨. حدود المسؤولية

لا تتحمل شركتنا مسؤولية تتجاوز قيمة المنتج الذي أدى إلى المطالبة، إلا إذا كان ذلك مخالفًا للقانون الكويتي.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Courts of Kuwait City have exclusive jurisdiction.

٩. القانون المعمول به وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت. وتكون محاكم مدينة الكويت هي الجهة المختصة الوحيدة للنظر في أي نزاعات.
